signature placements
From consultation to placement, we offer a bespoke service of getting to know you and your family in order to recommend a set of fully vetted caregivers. We manage sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to assess their experience, personality, and caregiving philosophy to make sure they align with your family’s values and needs. We will also provide you with a comprehensive onboarding plan including connecting you with payroll experts, contract templates, and an employee handbook to guide your orientation.
In Network Placements use our existing network & resources in the North Shore area to actively match you with local caregivers. While our Out of Network Placements include all of the same services for recruitment, vetting, and onboarding, but we will actively recruit new caregivers in your area through a personalized marketing campaign.
All positions must provide a minimum of:
Three 8-hour days or 30 hours per week
For at least a 12-month contract

Standard Search (8+ weeks lead time)
$350 Retainer | 12% of your caregiver’s annual salary ($5,000 min)
Rush Search (Under 8 weeks lead time)
$500 Retainer | 15% annual salary ($6,500 min)
Out-of-Network Placements
For custom recruitment outside our existing North Shore network.

Vetting and Onboarding package
Have you already found a candidate you love, but want the peace of mind that comes with professional vetting and legal setup? Our Vetting & Onboarding package transforms your handpicked caregiver into a fully supported employee.
We take the stress off your plate by conducting our rigorous vetting (including professional interviews, reference audits, and comprehensive background checks) to ensure your candidate meets the highest safety standards. Once cleared, we set you up with our full onboarding expertise, connecting you with payroll specialists, providing custom contract templates, and delivering an orientation packet that serves as a custom employee manual for day one.

We believe that when caregivers are supported, connected, and grounded in a real-world community, children naturally thrive.
Our community meetups are designed to take the pressure off. We create relaxed, low-stakes spaces across local parks and kid driven locations where adults can have genuine conversations while children explore at their own pace. There are no performance expectations here… we welcome the snack meltdowns, the wandering toddlers, and the carrier naps with open arms. It’s simply about showing up as you are, sharing the journey with people who get it, and giving all of us an excuse to get outside and stretch our imaginations together..
