Nanny recruitment
More than just a placement service… When you work with us, you are connected to a supportive network designed to enhance your family's care journey.
We manage sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to assess their experience, personality, and caregiving philosophy and make sure they align with your family’s values and needs. At this time we are only able to work with families who can offer work at a minimum of:
Three 8-hour days
OR
30 hours per week
For at least a 9 month contract

Our consultations and trainings are designed to help you navigate the significant transitions of early childhood. Whether you are weighing preschool options, transitioning from a nanny to daycare, or troubleshooting a specific developmental milestone, we provide a professional perspective to give your family clarity and confidence in every decision.
To ensure your care team is as prepared as possible, we also offer specialized trainings for professional nannies and caregivers. We empower your nanny with the latest in early childhood best practices, ensuring your childcare team is not just supervising, but actively enriching your child's daily life.
Education Design
Our Education Design services provide the "how-to" for high-quality care. This upcoming resource library is designed to remove the mental load from parents and nannies by providing curated, science-backed roadmaps for daily engagement. From our Play Book of sortable activities to pre-planned Agendas we provide the structure so you can focus on the connection. We offer curated feedback of your learning spaces to turn your home into a center for discovery.
