  • Comprehensive Recruitment: We manage sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to assess each candidates experience, personality, and caregiving philosophy ensuring they align with your family’s values and needs. After undergoing our 12 step vetting process, you’ll meet only top choices that match your unique requirements.

  • Personalized Caregiver Orientation: We help onboard your caregiver with a customized handbook to your unique family and household details covering routines, values, expectations, and emergency/medical/behavior forms to ensure a seamless transition.

  • Access to our Family Support Network: Stay connected to a wealth of resources with opportunities for skill-building, social connection, and local engagements that ensure both families and caregivers have everything they need to create a thriving environment for children. Enjoy exclusive access to our community resources, including local meetups and support groups for families and nannies.

Full-Time & Part-TIme Placement Fees

  • $850 Search Fee: non-refundable deposit

  • Placement Fee at 10% of yearly contract after pairing (minus the search fee)

  • Includes a 15% discount on all add-ons.

After-School & SUmmer Placement Fees

  • $650 Search Fee: non-refundable

  • $850 Placement Fee after pairing (in addition to the search fee)

  • Includes 10% discount on all add-ons

Mother’s Helper placement fees

  • $350 Search Fee: non-refundable

  • $650 Placement Fee after pairing (in addition to the search fee)

  • Includes 5% discount on all add-ons

To further streamline your childcare experience and provide comprehensive support, we offer a range of valuable "Add On" services. These offerings can be seamlessly integrated with our "Pair and Care Foundations" package or purchased separately to address specific needs. These optional services are tailored to provide extra layers of support and convenience, allowing you to focus on what matters most – your family. Whether you need assistance with the administrative aspects of employing a nanny or want to create an optimal environment for your child's development, our "Add Ons" offer flexible solutions to meet your unique requirements.
