Comprehensive Recruitment: We manage sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to assess their experience, personality, and caregiving philosophy ensuring they align with your family’s values and needs.
Personalized Orientation Support: We help onboard your caregiver with a customized handbook to your unique family and household details covering routines, values, expectations, and emergency/medical/behavior forms to ensure a seamless transition.
Access to our Family Support Network: Stay connected to a wealth of resources with opportunities for skill-building, social connection, and local engagements that ensure both families and caregivers have everything they need to create a thriving environment for children. Enjoy exclusive access to our community resources, including local meetups and support groups for families and nannies.
Our Clients
Right now, we are only able to work with families who offer work at a minimum of either three 8-hour days OR 30 hours per week at a minimum of 9 months of work.
Our fees
FREE Consultation
$350 Search Fee: non-refundable deposit
Placement Fee at 12% of yearly contract after pairing (minus the search fee)
Includes a 10% discount on all add-ons.
