Recruitment

More than just a placement service… when you work with us, you are connected to a supportive network designed to enhance your family's care journey. We manage sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to assess their experience, personality, and caregiving philosophy to make sure they align with your family’s values and needs.

Our fees

  • FREE Consultation

  • $350 Search Fee: non-refundable deposit

  • Placement Fee at 12% of yearly contract after pairing (minus the search fee)

  • Includes a 10% discount on consultations and support services.

Consultations

These optional services are tailored to provide extra layers of support to our Pair and Care network, and can be seamlessly integrated with our recruitment package or purchased separately to your address specific needs.

Preschool Consultation

Compare options effectively. If a nanny isn’t the right path for your family, chat with us about daycare options! We have details on all of the local options and would love to offer guidance and support in your decision!

Our Clients

We only work with families who can offer work at a minimum of either:

  • Three 8-hour days OR

  • 30 hours per week

  • For at least 9 months of work.
