A passionate educator, experienced program director, and dedicated mother, Elley has hired & trained hundreds of educators and developed programs focused on child development and learning. As a new mother, she navigated the challenges of hiring and onboarding a nanny firsthand and is excited to help other families find the right childcare solutions. Combining professional expertise with personal experience, Elley is committed to empowering families to create the best possible environments for their children to thrive.
